Identify the ideal location for the plaque on the headstone or other location by putting household tape on back and testing it in a few places.

Once found, make certain the application surface is smooth, clean, dry, and that there is not loose debris (plaque will not adhere well to most rocks, rough cement, or other uneven surfaces).

Remove red backing to QR plaque to reveal permanent tape.

Be certain plaque is level by lining it up with a straight edge, then firmly press the plaque into the desired location, pressing down along all edges.​The QR plaque is made of high quality stainless steel and is protected with UV protective layering to keep it preserved indefinitely. If for whatever reason the plaque needs to be removed, it can be removed carefully without damage to the headstone by carefully prying edge of plaque with a flat tool. Adhesive can be removed using headstone cleaner and a rag.
